Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in McDonough, GA. RBTs will operate under the supervision of a BCBA and help develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.

The role requires an RBT certification and a high school diploma or GED, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Pay: $25.00–$33.00 per hour

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Collect and record session data accurately

• Support communication, social, and adaptive skills

• Collaborate with families and clinical team

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

• Ability to work with children with autism

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Experience in ABA therapy, autism services, special education, or behavioral health

• Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress)
