Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Maryland. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision, with emphasis on collecting data and documenting client progress.

Qualifications

• Must be RBT certified or able to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy is a plus.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $26-$32/hour

• Full-Time or Part-Time Available (10-40 hours/week)

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Maryland

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
