Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Manhattan, KS is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering individualized ABA therapy under supervision. This role emphasizes consistent, compassionate care and accurate data collection.

You will collaborate with the supervising BCBA and families, maintain a safe and engaging environment, and contribute to meaningful progress for children and families while enjoying flexible scheduling and opportunities

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or eligible to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
