Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized intervention plans.

You will collaborate with supervising BCBAs, collect progress data, and support families to promote meaningful skill development while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active RBT or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred in related field.
• Experience: Working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
