Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Grandview, MO is looking for a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifikationen

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
