Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred), and experience with autism. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with strong communication

Job Requirements

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification, if applicable).

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
