Galaxy ABA Therapy in Manassas, Virginia seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with developmental disabilities through play-based ABA therapy.

You will work one-on-one in home, school, or community settings, implementing plans designed by a BCBA, collecting progress data, and documenting sessions. Training is provided for the right candidate, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete within the first six months of employment).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Physical ability to engage in active play, lift up to 40 lbs, and ensure client safety.
• Ability to pass background checks (FBI, CPS, State of VA) and provide CPR, HIPAA, and TB clearance (support provided).
• Prior ABA, childcare, or behavioral health experience is a plus—but training is provided for the right candidate.
