Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support center-based ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans and help children diagnosed with autism develop communication, play, social, and adaptive living skills in a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities include data collection, session notes, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with families to promote skill generalization across daily

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation with ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass all required background screenings.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with your clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a center based environment following individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, play, social, adaptive living, and behavioral skills through evidence-based interventions.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with consistency and fidelity.
• Support children in achieving meaningful goals that promote independence and confidence.
• Build positive relationships with families.
• Model behavioral strategies during caregiver coaching opportunities.
• Support skill generalization across daily routines and natural environments.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers regarding session activities while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Collect accurate behavioral data throughout each therapy session.
• Complete session notes and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with Medicaid, funding source, BACB, HIPAA, and RCG documentation standards.

Center Based ABA Services

Position Summary

Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ABA Therapists and Behavior Technicians implement individualized treatment plans while creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.

Compensation

$24.00–$29.00 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, education, certification, and qualifications.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (preferred but not required)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Human Services, Child Development, or a related field
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Experience in childcare, education, summer camps, or youth programming
• Passion for helping children and families succeed
