Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, following plans designed by a BCBA and tracking progress.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaborating with families and staff, maintaining a safe environment, and pursuing RBT certification if not yet obtained. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, training support, travel reimbursement, and career growth opportunities in Sanford, NC.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour training course in ABA.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs and assessment findings.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $25-$27 per hour
• Full-Time: 28-30 hours/week
• Shifts: Morning / Afternoon
• Location: Sanford, NC

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications
