Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Walsh, Colorado. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and school settings, execute BCBA-developed treatment plans, and diligently record progress data.

The role offers part-time hours (15/week) with flexible scheduling. Requires RBT certification, BACB registration, and reliable transport for local travel; experience with children and ABA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and document client data accurately

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress

• Accurately keep record of client's progress

• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services

• Services provided in person in Walsh, Colorado

• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Active registration with the BACB

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with children preferred

ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
