B Above Therapy is hiring part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Indiana. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, implement treatment plans, and track progress with data collection.

A strong passion for helping children with autism is essential, along with reliable transportation and a high school diploma. Flexible hours allow you to balance personal commitments while making a real impact on families.

Responsibilities
