Job summary

B Above Therapy is hiring part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision.

Flexible hours with competitive pay starting at $23 per hour, plus comprehensive training, supervision, PTO/holiday pay, and health insurance. Join a supportive team dedicated to helping children with autism develop essential skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Collaborate with clinical team members.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care.
• Partner with families to create meaningful change.
• Create fun, structured, and engaging sessions.
