Job summary

B Above is hiring part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help children grow and gain skills through ABA therapy. You’ll work 1:1 in home, school, or community settings, under supervision. Provide data-driven sessions, implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, and collaborate with the clinical team.

Flexible hours and competitive pay start at $23 per hour. Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth.
