Job summary

Baboveservices is on a mission to help children grow and gain confidence through high-quality ABA therapy. We are currently hiring Part Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide invaluable support to children and families. This role offers flexible hours and competitive pay, starting at $23 per hour.

As an RBT, you'll implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and help children develop essential skills. Join us and make a real difference in the lives of the families we serve.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.

About the role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at B Above, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping children build meaningful skills and reach important milestones. Every day brings something new, and your work will have a direct impact on the lives of the families we serve.

In this role, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth
• Collaborate clinical team members
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care
• Partnering with families to create meaningful change
• Creating fun, structured, and engaging sessions

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive
