Job summary

B Above is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings, with flexible hours and competitive pay starting at $23 per hour.

As an RBT, you will implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, collaborate with the clinical team, and support children in communication, social, and daily living skills, while upholding ethical standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation to frequent in-home visits.
• Genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsibilities
