HireCare Services in Lenoir, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

This part-time role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across Lenoir and surrounding areas. Scheduling can be part-time or full-time with 15–25+ hours per week depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (training support provided).
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session; share updates with the BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes; build warm relationships with families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

What You’ll Do as an RBT:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children reach important developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement.

You will:

• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team
• Complete clear and timely session notes
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

What We’re Looking For:

Compensation:

• $21–$25 per hour
