Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the Knoxville area to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

Flexible scheduling with 30+ hours per week for full-time or part-time opportunities. A hire-on bonus is available for eligible candidates who already hold an active RBT certification and work within the service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.
• Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Hire-On Bonus

A hire-on bonus is available only for candidates who:

• Already hold an active RBT certification
• Currently live in the service area or will actively work in the service area where the position is located
