Job summary

Carry On Therapy in Harriman, TN is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home, school, or clinic ABA services focused on real-life outcomes for families. The role requires an active RBT certification at application, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally.

Pay is $20–$24 per hour, with 30+ hours per week possible or part-time, and scheduling is flexible.

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.

• Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability
