Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, and collect data on client progress while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Active RBT certification is required at the time of application. We offer $20–$24 per hour, full-time or part-time schedules with flexible hours, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required at the time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience with children or in ABA is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings

This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.
• Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Hire-On Bonus

A hire-on bonus is available only for candidates who:

• Already hold an active RBT certification
• Currently live in the service area or will actively work in the service area where the position is located
