New Dawn ABA in Kansas City, MO is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

We offer competitive pay of $20–$29 per hour, flexible scheduling, paid training, and strong BCBA support. Our positions are in-person with full/part-time options and a supportive, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Preferred: experience working with children.
• Preferred: experience as an RBT or ABA therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills.
• Collect and record data to track progress (training provided).
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team.
