Job summary

New Dawn ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Springfield, MO to work in client homes. This position offers pay of $20.00–$28.00 per hour with in-person, 1:1 ABA therapy and flexible scheduling.

We provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and opportunities for career growth in a collaborative team. Join us to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills with high-quality ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.

What You'll Do
