New Dawn ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Springfield, MO to work in client homes. This position offers pay of $20.00–$28.00 per hour with in-person, 1:1 ABA therapy and flexible scheduling.

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists to join our growing team.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills
Collect and record data to track progress (training provided)
Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team
RBT Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Experience working with children
Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT
