Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Fuquay-Varina, NC, is seeking a Part Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You’ll implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and work one-on-one with children with ASD to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA or working with ASD is beneficial.
• In-home ABA therapy environment experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
