Job summary

Sunray ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy for clients with ASD or related developmental needs.

Responsibilities include 1:1 sessions in home, school, or clinic settings, data collection, and collaboration with families and staff. A current RBT certification and reliable transportation are required, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RBT certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to travel locally.

This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to help clients achieve their behavioral and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.


• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.


• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.


• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.


• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).

Qualifications
