AMAZE ABA Therapy in Hinesville, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children diagnosed with autism, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
You will implement individualized treatment plans, track progress with precise data, support skill development, and help foster positive daily routines while receiving ongoing supervision, training, and clear career advancement pathways.
AMAZE ABA is built on compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to helping children reach their full potential. We value our team just as much as the families we serve, creating a supportive space where clinicians can grow, feel valued, and make a real difference every day.
In this role, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that supports their growth, independence, and everyday skills.
You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands-on therapy sessions. This includes supporting skill development, helping reduce challenging behaviors, and encouraging positive daily routines.
A key part of your role will also include tracking progress through accurate data collection and staying connected with your clinical team to ensure each child is receiving consistent, high-quality support.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about making a meaningful difference in a child’s development. You will also be supported with ongoing supervision, training, and professional development to help you grow and feel confident in your work.
