Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized programs, collect data, and support families, with paid RBT certification training offered by the company.

Training and ongoing support are provided by a strong clinical team, with opportunities for career growth within ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Must be able to obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
