Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, delivering ABA therapy under supervision.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to support skill development and daily routines; staff supervision and professional development are provided.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that supports their growth, independence, and everyday skills. You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands‑on therapy sessions. This includes supporting skill development, helping reduce challenging behaviors, and encouraging positive daily routines.

A key part of your role will also include tracking progress through accurate data collection and staying connected with your clinical team to ensure each child is receiving consistent, high-quality support.
