ABA Achievers in Utah is seeking a dynamic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a mission-driven clinical team. You will implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in homes, schools, and centers, and document sessions in Rethink within 24 hours.

We offer flexible scheduling, certification support, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA supervision while using a user-friendly Rethink app for tracking.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification and ABA data collection experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community.

Responsabilidades

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process.
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
