Job summary

Move Up ABA Maryland is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families under the supervision of a BCBA. This part-time role supports behavioral goals and data collection in a collaborative clinic setting.

You will work evenings and weekends, build strong relationships with families, and participate in planning and supervision to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be RBT certified by BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of ABA-related experience
• Part-time schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy protocols under the supervision of a BCBA
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
• Monitor and record client progress, providing data-driven feedback to BCBA's
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case conceptualization and treatment planning
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to Move Up ABA Maryland's highest standards of care

• 1 year of experience in the field of ABA or a related field
• Ability to work PART-TIME schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
