Job summary

Actify ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Clinton, MD to deliver in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect progress data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support each child's growth.

Applicants should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), and be able to pass a background check. Local travel and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document data on client progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $27/hour
• Part-Time: 20 hours/week

• Shift Options:

  • Daytime: Tuesday, Friday Saturday, Sunday
    10:00am-3:00pm
• Location: Clinton, MD 20735 and surrounding area
