Budding Stars ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with families, and a safe, positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $23 - $28/hour
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Location: Baltimore, MD
