Job summary

Move Up ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Annapolis, MD to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, and suitable for recent graduates or those with foundational ABA knowledge.

You will collect data, implement BAIs, and collaborate to create tailored treatment plans in a supportive team environment with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or have a strong background in ABA principles and techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism and related disorders
• Implement Behavior Analysis Interventions (BAI) under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of client sessions and progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in ABA

Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children and adults with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities:
