Admire ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive team setting.

You will implement BCBA-developed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client goals while helping maintain a safe, engaging therapy environment. Part-time shifts with flexibility and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children is beneficial.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally may be needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule:

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
