Supportive Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Walton, IN to provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings. You will help them build essential life and communication skills under BCBA guidance, in a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress documentation, and collaboration with families and clinicians to ensure compassionate, consistent care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Proficiency in data collection to track client progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
