Job summary
Supportive Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, helping them build essential life and communication skills.
Earn $22-$28 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus. We offer a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and benefits including 401(k) matching, PTO, health insurance, continuing education credits, and professional development assistance.
Qualifications
- RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified).
- 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
- Assist with behavior management strategies.
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Help create a safe, positive learning environment.
