Job summary

Supportive Care ABA LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Gastonia, NC. Earn $22–$28/hour with a $200 sign-on bonus and join a compassionate team dedicated to helping children with autism reach meaningful milestones.

You will provide direct 1:1 support in home and community settings, implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to promote growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience in collecting and recording data to track client progress.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with families and clinical staff.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable when working with children and families.
• Preference for RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification with employer support.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Help create a safe, positive learning environment.
