Supportive Care ABA in Wichita, KS is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, helping them build essential life and communication skills. Earn $22-$28 per hour and receive a $200 sign-on bonus.

• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
