Base pay range

$26.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Position Summary

At Divine Steps Therapy, we implement ABA therapy practices to help individuals with ASD thrive. We seek passionate individuals who enjoy helping children achieve milestones. Our therapist position involves providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and Related Disorders, following treatment plans set by a behavior analyst. You will receive full training and support from an experienced team of clinical supervisors and managers committed to your growth.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Background screening and clearance
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• RBT Certification from BACB (required)

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home and community settings to help children improve behaviors and acquire new skills
• Follow specific protocols and implement individualized ABA programs as per treatment plans, under supervision
• Document sessions by recording data, writing session notes, and managing timesheets
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
