Base pay range

$26.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Position Summary

At Divine Steps Therapy, we implement ABA therapy practices to help individuals with ASD thrive and live their best lives. We seek passionate individuals who find satisfaction in helping children achieve milestones. Our therapist position provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and related disorders, implementing intervention plans directed by a behavior analyst. You will receive full training and support from an experienced team of clinical supervisors and managers invested in your growth.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background screening and clearance.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• RBT Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home and community settings to help children improve behaviors and acquire new skills.
• Follow specific protocols and implement individualized ABA programs as set by treatment plans and directed by BCBA or qualified health professional.
• Document client sessions by recording data, writing session notes, and inputting timesheets.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
