Base pay range

$26.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Position Summary

At Divine Steps Therapy, we implement ABA therapy practices to help individuals with ASD thrive. We seek passionate individuals who enjoy helping children achieve milestones. The therapist provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism and related disorders, following intervention plans under the supervision of a behavior analyst. You will receive full training and support from an experienced team committed to your growth.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Background screening and clearance
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• RBT Certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home and community settings to help children improve behaviors and acquire skills.
• Follow protocols and implement individualized ABA programs as directed by BCBA or qualified health professional.
• Document sessions by recording data, writing notes, and inputting timesheets.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
