Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (15 hours per week)

About the Role:

As an RBT, you will implement behavior goals in the home for children aged 4-8 years. You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) through remote and in-person supervision, taking detailed notes to help develop future treatment plans.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 4-7 pm ET

Compensation:

Hourly pay ranges from $24.00 to $29.00, depending on experience, with higher rates for weekend hours.

Position Requirements:

• Preferred experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• At least 1 year of experience working with children is highly preferred
• Experience with children exhibiting challenging behaviors is a plus
• Willingness to complete RBT certification requirements through our organization
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
