Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in a daycare setting. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client goals.

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• In a Daycare M-F 9AM-12PM
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
