Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autistic behavioral challenges. You will work 1:1 with clients in home or daycare settings, following individualized plans created by a BCBA, and help families achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.
• Working in an in home or daycare setting(preferred).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
