Job summary

Admire ABA in Baltimore is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients, following individualized plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support families throughout the treatment process.

This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy

• Accurately collect and record data on client progress

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 4:00 PM-7:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
