Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA NJ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work in client homes in the Elizabeth area. You will deliver ABA-based interventions under supervision and collaborate with families to support progress.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ($25-$32), a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, flexible scheduling, biweekly pay, and benefits after a qualifying period to help you thrive in a supportive, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• RBT Credential with an active BACB status.
• Reliable transportation to client homes in New Jersey.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks.
• Passion for applying ABA with empathy and intent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA-based interventions in clients' homes in Elizabeth, NJ.
• Record and report progress to supervisors and caregivers.
• Collaborate with families to support learning goals and carryover.
