Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy in Maryland is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support growth, independence, and daily skills.

You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA, conduct hands-on therapy sessions, collect accurate progress data, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children with autism is preferred.
• Reliable, professional availability to support sessions.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that supports their growth, independence, and everyday skills.

You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands-on therapy sessions. This includes supporting skill development, helping reduce challenging behaviors, and encouraging positive daily routines.

A key part of your role will also include tracking progress through accurate data collection and staying connected with your clinical team to ensure each child is receiving consistent, high-quality support.
