We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to become Behavior Technicians. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities include using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while reducing interfering behaviors.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and team-oriented. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and sometimes carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds.

Pay Rate: $19 - $25

Requirements

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and team-oriented
• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test (if not done in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Physical ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must obtain RBT Certification after onboarding
