Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Your role involves implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior strategies.
Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
Experience:
Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
Experience in special education or behavioral health is a plus.
Knowledge of medical documentation and care plans.
