Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Douglasville, GA

Join our team at Intellistars ABA, a pediatric ABA therapy agency in the Atlanta GA area, and help redefine ASD care with communication and respect as our core values. We are seeking dedicated RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters professional growth.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $20 - $27 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability, Flexible hours
• Additional Bonus: $100 bi-weekly for perfect attendance

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy
• Maintain positive communication with team and clients
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data, implement behavior support, and follow treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBA Supervisor to implement ABA principles and procedures
• Respond to client and family needs professionally
• Maintain organization and attention to detail
