Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs to help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data
• Assist in developing and maintaining treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Document progress and maintain records
• Support clients in activities of daily living and social interactions
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles

Experience:

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
• Experience in special education or behavioral health is a plus
• Knowledge of medical documentation and care plans
