Budding Futures is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will work one-to-one with clients under BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans and collecting progress data in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification, or willing to obtain one (paid training provided).

Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technician RBT to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with ASD. As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work directly with children, providing individualized therapy sessions and implementing treatment plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). You will also communicate with families and the clinical team to ensure a collaborative approach to treatment.
